G. H. “Buddy” Cramer, Jr. is Of Counsel to Marshall Presley & Pipal PLLC. Mr. Cramer’s practice predominantly involves representation of real estate developers, owners and investors in commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Cramer has almost 30 years of experience in all kinds of commercial real estate and financial transactions including acquiring, selling, developing, leasing and financing transactions for office buildings, multi-family projects, self storage facilities, lot developments, shopping centers and hotels throughout the U.S. These transactions include disposition of a multifamily portfolio package of 42 properties and a self-storage portfolio package of 12 properties.

Mr. Cramer has represented borrowers in transactions exceeding one billion dollars.
