About Kaci Williams
Kaci Williams is an Associate Attorney at Marshall Presley & Pipal PLLC, where she represents clients in civil litigation, construction, business, and real estate matters. Her knowledge across both transactional and dispute-related work allows her to approach each matter with an understanding of the practical, commercial, and legal issues at stake.
Ms. Williams graduated magna cum laude from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in Political Science before earning her Juris Doctor from Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama. During law school, she served as a law clerk in the Toxic Tort Division of Beasley Allen Law Firm, where she assisted with complex environmental contamination matters involving Camp Lejeune. Her work included conducting legal research, evaluating claims, and reviewing extensive medical, military, and litigation records.
Ms. Williams also gained hands-on experience through the Elder Law Clinic at Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, where she represented clients under a student bar card and assisted with wills, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, and guardian ad litem matters. Additional legal internships involving real estate and business matters further developed her skills in legal research, drafting, and client service.
Before joining Marshall Presley & Pipal, Ms. Williams worked in civil litigation, collaborating closely with clients and attorneys and managing matters from initial intake through resolution. That experience gave her a strong foundation in evaluating the facts and legal issues of each case and developing thoughtful strategies to move matters toward resolution, an approach she now brings to her clients as an attorney.
Ms. Williams is licensed to practice law in Texas. Originally from Florida, she has made North Texas her home and is committed to building her legal career here and becoming an active member of the community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their dogs, traveling, and exploring the local area.
